Is shipping really free?
Yes — every order ships free, with no minimum purchase and no promo code needed.

How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on the product. Items shipping from our US warehouses (like the octopus projector light, WiFi extender, and projection humidifier) typically arrive in 3–8 days within the US. Items shipping from China take a bit longer — see our Shipping Policy for the exact estimated window per product. Canadian orders generally take about 3–5 days longer than US orders.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We ship to both the United States and Canada.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order includes tracking, and we'll email you the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Tell us right away. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice — and you won't pay anything for return shipping.

What if I just change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. You'd cover the return shipping cost in that case — see our Returns Policy for details.
